You may think I have tried all sorts of coffee-based drinks and such considering I work most of my hours in a coffee shop, but normally I like plain coffee and americanos. Yesterday, after moving my car to another parking spot (yay for timed parking?!), I popped in some boutiques downtown and went into Splendora’s for an affogato – which is espresso over gelato. I tried the Mexican coffee and the pumpkin gelato flavors. It was good. A DIY at home version would be scooping ice cream into your cup of coffee (which is good!) – so today’s “Try This!” is: ice cream or gelato with espresso/coffee.

Mmmm.

In other news, I am looking into ordering more/new business cards! I’m excited.
